Racist
customer service given by tesco kepong
branch.
We
went to pay the bill in this branch and lined up. We did not take a number just
as the Chinese customer behind us. As we lined up,a Chinese guy in charge asked
us the reason we were there and yet did not ask us to take a number. When it was
our turn the Chinese lady at the counter asked for the number and since we
didn't have one we were asked to take a number.
The Chinese guy at the back of us as mentioned did not
have a number too but was able to pay his bills. When we question the manager he
laughed sarcastically and even admitted on being racist and challenged us to
make a report. To make matters worst, the number machine ran out paper and after
they refilled it he printed out numbers and gave other people who came after us
and gave the last number to us. He said we could do nothing but live with that
fact. He even gave us a number to complaint claiming it was his manager and when
we called up he answered and further laughed at
us!!!
Is this how your customers are suppose to be treated?
Arrogant and racist customer service provided!
